Sandie Vincent - Sweets for my Sweet!!

Hi everyone, Sandie here and I thought I'd tempt you with something sweet and delicious! With Valentines Day approaching how about making your loved one a homemade gift? I made these with my daughter as you can see from my scrapbook page, but they would be perfect for all occasions :-)

And here is a very easy to make Fudge recipe:-

450g Icing Sugar

  • 100g Marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 100g Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (optional)
  • Square Cake Tin
  • Greaseproof Paper
  1. Sift the Icing Sugar into a bowl
  2. Gently melt together the Marshmallows, Milk, Butter and Vanilla in a saucepan
  3. Pour the melted mixture into the Icing Sugar and mix
  4. Line your cake tin with Greaseproof Paper
  5. Pour your mixture into your lined tin
  6. Spread out, pushing the mixture into the corners and level out
  7. Place in the refrigerator until firm, this can take up to 3 hours
  8. Remove from the tin and cut into small pieces..........then EAT!!

Store them in an airtight box, and they should last for up to a week (if you haven't eaten them all by then!!!!)

Let me know if you make some :-)
