And here is a very easy to make Fudge recipe:-
450g Icing Sugar
- 100g Marshmallows
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 100g Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (optional)
- Square Cake Tin
- Greaseproof Paper
- Sift the Icing Sugar into a bowl
- Gently melt together the Marshmallows, Milk, Butter and Vanilla in a saucepan
- Pour the melted mixture into the Icing Sugar and mix
- Line your cake tin with Greaseproof Paper
- Pour your mixture into your lined tin
- Spread out, pushing the mixture into the corners and level out
- Place in the refrigerator until firm, this can take up to 3 hours
- Remove from the tin and cut into small pieces..........then EAT!!
Store them in an airtight box, and they should last for up to a week (if you haven't eaten them all by then!!!!)
Let me know if you make some :-)
